The most common Shoplift complaint: price
The product itself works as advertised. We like the fact variants load without the original-page flash you get with some client-side testing apps. Two reasons I uninstalled. First, pricing. If you run a high-traffic store, the session-based cost gets very expensive very quickly. In our case several times what comparable tools charge. Check the maths carefully against your own traffic profile…
The most common ABConvert complaint: support
The support process is ridiculous. You're required to book a ticket just to speak to someone which sure whatever thats fine but the issue is you close out the ticket without any response from us on whether or not your suggestions fixed the issue at hand to which we have to go through your AI chat system and respond to multiple unnecessary prompts just to get passed it so we can speak to book a…

Didn't had the change to run split-tests because bugs. $99,- gone for not even live with the app. First of all, the app is buggy and not worth the cost. It is connected to an outdated theme, and I didn’t even have a chance to try it properly. I tried to run a split-test but for some reason it grab the outdated theme. There is no live chat. I will try Intelegems.

(also does not warn you about this) In my case this lead to overselling hundreds of items. when I asked the staff to explain how inventory works, it took well over 5 minutes to get a real answer: Me: so i am meant to manually recalculate my inventory after a test? Jeffrey: No you don’t have to Me:…
